Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days into the holiday and found the experience to be okay. The rooms were very nice with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, and a living room. They were clean with what appeared to be new bed linen and towels changed every other day, offering a comfortable stay. The service was wonderful, with very obliging staff who were really lovely and friendly, despite having challenging working conditions. The location was excellent, close to shops, bars, and restaurants in Candolim, making it a convenient choice, even though walking on the main Panjim Road at night was a bit risky due to limited walking space. The dining options were basic but sufficient for a quick meal. Overall, the hotel provided a decent experience with some minor drawbacks like limited dining choices.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was superb, nestled close to the golden beaches of Goa and surrounded by local amenities. The rooms, however, were extremely basic with no modern facilities and amenities. The service was a letdown due to unprofessional behavior from the staff member. Dining was average, offering only essential breakfast options. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was saved by the beautiful location and convenient surroundings.
I've been coming to Goa for years, so I don't expect the highest cleanliness standards, but the hotel was extremely dirty and unclean. The proximity to the road made it very noisy, especially in the mornings with all the honking from buses and trucks. However, the reception staff were good.
Room 180 at the hotel had leaking water from the floor above, making it very wet and stained, along with other issues like a damp smell, non-working television, and roaches in cabinets. The room was spacious with a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, but noisy from traffic on the road.
The hotel is situated opposite the pool bar, offering a spacious room but lacking cleanliness standards. Despite noise from the bar area, the ceiling fan masked it. The leaking bathroom ceiling and lack of basic amenities were major drawbacks, with roaches in cabinets and filthy bed sheets even after complaints.
